The drawing is basically based off of a fanfic of mine called Ralts in Moonlight; a fanfic that happens to be a Ranma and Pokemon crossover.
Within the story, Ranma ends up getting turned into a Ralts and tossed into the Pokemon world. As you can see, he's thinking about the evolution to Kirlia, and he isn't exactly happy with it. |

Two: Ranma still switches from male to female with hot and cold water. Just Jusynkio decided that it'd be funnier if he was a permmnent pokemon whichever gender was was in.
